Magne was an amazing guide, a must do trip if you want to try and see the Northern Lights . Nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his job. Took us to a few different spots and was lucky enough to see them at each , last stop they came out strong and was an amazing once in a lifetime experience.

What a spectacular trip! The weather in Tromso was horrendous but that didn’t stop Magne taking us out. We ventured out of town, heading towards the Finnish border. Just shy of the border Magne stopped the minibus and we all hopped out. Suddenly the sky erupted, it was incredible! Magne took loads of photos which he will send through so even if you don’t have the best camera, you can still take memories home from the trip! They’re all free too!! I couldn’t recommend more. Magne was a fantastic guide, so friendly and knew where to head. He was in communication with other guides which landed us the best chance of seeing the lights. Magne also gave us a bit of history en route and was incredibly passionate about getting people to see the lights. Although seeing the lights is not a given, the expertise gave us the best chance! Could not recommend more.

Our guide and driver Stefan was great. He made sure everyone of us is comfortable during the wait for aurora. Though sadly, the weather was not on our side that night, he made efforts to search for a clear-ish sky and kept us up to date with news from other people who were out that night hunting. Even during the travel back to Tromso, he still tried to find a clear sky when he passes spots with no snowfall but we weren’t just lucky that night.
