    Treat yourself to a guided tour of the magical winter wonderland of Tromsø Ice Domes. Enjoy a scenic bus ride from the city center of Tromsø, discover the construction process of the domes, and marvel at intricate ice sculptures.

    Begin your day with a comfortable drive to the Tromsø Ice Domes in the mountains above Tamok Valley. Each year at the start of the winter season, new Tromsø Ice Domes are constructed.

    Upon arrival, join a guided tour through the domes, passing beautiful ice sculptures and snow carvings lit with magical special lighting effects. Learn about the typical northern Norwegian themes of the snow and ice sculptures, featuring the Northern Lights, Sami culture, and Arctic animals.

    Learn about the construction of the domes and have a non-alcoholic ice shot at the ice bar. After the tour, have some free time and visit the reindeer. Enjoy a traditional Norwegian soup or stew and hot drinks before heading back to Tromsø by bus.

      The ice domes are superb and so is the whole experience so enjoyed the tour. The ice domes guide was great as well. Reindeer visit is only for namesake, you don't actually get to touch them, feed them or play with them. They are in an enclosure so have to look at it from farm. Book specific reindeer tour for a more personal experience with reindeers

      Very convenient, easy to get to, and worth it. Had a great time seeing the ice sculptures and the reindeer with my girlfriend. The bus ride was comfortable and scenic. The food provided at the destination was good too. Would highly recommend this experience! Very special and unique.

      These ice domes are a must see ! Incredible how they make everything from snow and ice . Our tables . Our ice cube chairs , two bars all the beautiful carvings inside the dome and all the beds and bedrooms . It’s huge . They had about 5 reindeers that you can take pics with which was a bonus . The staff was so friendly and they’d wetted hot drinks and lamb stew and vegetarian stew as well for this that don’t eat meat or lamb like Me lol.
