The journey starts in Tromsø city center where you will be picked up and driven to the mainland where the Viking adventure will begin. After a short drive, you will leave the vehicle behind and go on for a lovely, 1 kilometer hike in the wilderness. At the end of the path you will enter the estate, where, centered on an open courtyard, you can find five large buildings, built according to centuries-old Viking, Medieval, and Sámi techniques. The master builder of the homestead will welcome you to his world, and tell you about his decades-long project, inspired by the ancient lifestyle and traditions of the people of the North.
