If you want to visit Delos on your own you can book this activity. You will get your boat ticket, go to the port and board the boat. The cruise lasts 30 minutes until you reach the famous island of Delos. There you must pay for the entrance on your own (8€ adult, 4€ reduced) and enter the archaeological site. You have plenty of time to wander around and explore the site. With your booking you will also get an audio tour or audioguide to be downloaded on your mobile phone (preferably beforehand) so that you hear interesting commentary about Delos.
