The bus was 20 minutes late arriving, which wasn’t fun as we were standing outside in 80+ degrees waiting. I did contact the company while I was standing in line and they were extremely helpful and offered me compensation for the inconvenience. However when the bus did arrive it wasn’t the ‘luxury air conditioned’ transport advertised, it was a regular Greyhound bus. I ended up at the back as it was full and it was hotter than Hades and smelled of diesel, which made for a very unpleasant journey. Once we arrived in Niagara the tour was good. The guide was informative, and although I’ve visited the area many times, because of his commentary I learned new information. I would recommend the tour and would have enjoyed it much more had I been sitting elsewhere in the bus where it was hopefully cooler and I wasn’t being choked by diesel fumes.
When booking, it would have been helpful to know we booked on a national holiday and traffic would be expected to impact our trip. Varol was great at communicating updates to our day. Kevin our driver was awesome! Pleasant to the end of what was a long driving day for him. Overall, we felt a bit rushed due to the traffic.
The trip was fantastic!! We enjoy the falls view from the platform and then had an amazing boat ride approaching the falls. Incredible view! Dinner was very nice with a great view over the falls. The light show and the fireworks were absolutely beautiful! :)
Michael our tour guide was brilliant, looked after everyone and was excellent at ensuring we got to see and do everything, our driver Ulrick was excellent too, a great day out xo
Organization and travel guide was very good. Itinerary could be improved. The winery is of rather low interest and could be skipped. Boat ride earlier, dinner later.
