I had a great time in Niagara Falls thanks to Kaleb, he was a very insightful tour guide with good knowledge and experience. The pickup and drop off went as planned and we had enough time for the boat ride along with the journey behind the falls. If you want a hassle free experience with a guide for the Niagara Falls this is a great choice.

Nice activity, the falls are amazing. I was a bit disappointed we only stopped to see the falls and not the towns in the area. According to our guide, they can change it without previous notice and I couldn't find a good reason for them to do as the weather was good and we had time. Other than that I had a great time.

If you easily get carsick like I do, make sure to notify the driver/tour guide in advance. They are very accommodating. The minibus is the type where the back seats are right on top of the wheels, so it's not very comfortable. If you don't care about watching the video (they play a video about Niagara Falls on the way there), you can let them know you can sit in the very front.
