Guide & transportation was good. When traveling with a bus full of people, be prepared to be late. Some tourists *ahem, American* were late or missing after times were allowed for shopping or meals. You’ll need to wait for them. Super annoying. Then when they rejoin the group- drunk- they blame the confusing street layouts. I’ll do a smaller group next time.

The trip was wonderful. We left promptly to go to Toledo and arrived back in Madrid as planned. Our guide Oscar was excellent. He is very intelligent and made the day a lot of fun! There is no WiFi on the bus like advertised, and that is the only way I could communicate with my family, so don’t plan on it! Additionally, there’s a bathroom on the bus but it is locked, and you cannot use it.

Our guide was lovely. This was a long tour and she remained positive and energetic throughout the trip. We very much enjoyed her- she was clearly knowledgeable about the city of Toledo. Overall, this was a good full-day tour of Toledo. I would have liked more free time at the end of the tour to shop, eat, etc. They use headsets/mics so the guide does not have to shout. Headset quality could be better (they cut in and out, static sounds). Not the fault of the guide, but I feel it is important to note a couple things for those considering booking: I would not recommend this tour for children. It requires hours of walking, standing, and listening. We had a family who brought very young children and the parents allowed them to scream and run around inside of buildings while the rest of us in the tour were trying to listen to our guide’s lectures. Our guide was very clear about meeting times/locations. Rude tour group members arriving late caused us to get back to Madrid late.
