Know before you go
- Late returns will incur a charge of ¥700 per day
- Lost devices will incur a flat fee of ¥25,000
- Only hotels and hostels are eligible for delivery. Home accommodations not accepted
- Please confirm your hotel reservation before delivery
- If a problem arises, the activity provider will contact you via email
- If a reservation is made later than 12:00 PM (Japan Time) on the previous day, it may not be possible to deliver the device in time
- For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu, please reserve at least 1 week in advance
- Reservations for airport pick-up must be made at least 3 days in advance
- When making a reservation, note that the number of "participants" refers to the number of Wifi routers. If only 1 device is required please select "1"
