What people are saying about Tirano

My mom and I took this day tour in September 2019. We were a small group of about a dozen people so it was a much more intimate experience. We boarded a bus to Lake Como, where we took a boat ride on the lake for about an hour and saw the beautiful countryside, homes, and vistas. We then got back on the bus to St. Moritz, where we rode escalators to the top and had a lovely lunch. Following that, we boarded the Bernini Express for a two hour slow and relaxing ride down the Italian Alps. The views of the mountains and glacial lakes were stunning. I would highly recommend this tour and are so glad we made this a part of our Italy trip.

What an exceptional experience ...from getting on the bus to the final destination St Moritz ...the steady winding climb of the red train ....the changing scenery .....the ride back along the tranquil lake at the foot of snow covered mountains.. the winding pass ...A beautiful day not to be missed and to be recommended to every traveler.

Great tour after we found the bus at beginning of tour. There were multiple buses starting at the same time and place. Someone should have been out directing people. The only other problem was on the train taking pictures if you weren't beside a window. There was open seating on our train car with our 48 people.

This tour was brilliant. Our tour guide Inna was fabulous. The only downside to it is, the time in Saint Moritz is very very minimum. Then again, this specific tour is all about the journey and not the destination. Also the Pizzochoeri pasta for lunch at Tirona is a must try :)

Wonderfull experience, highly recommended. The boat ride on the lake Como was lovely. The train ride through the Alpes absolutely fantastic. Maurizio, the guide was great, so knowledgable and helpful.
