Everything well organised and Eugenia looked after us very well. Good communication re pick up and bus left and returned at times promised. We were only English speakers on tour but we got a very fair allocation of commentary in English. Would recommend this tour but worry that route might be very busy in high season.
Trip was good . Great to see the national park and do the train ride . I do feel it was perhaps overpriced due to having the additional entry to the park fee and felt this should be included for value for money
We had the best time on our hike to the lagoon! Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job speaking both Spanish and English to our group. You can tell he really loves his job and it shows!
A wonderful experience. The trek was well organised and guided so that all could comfortably complete the trek..well organizes..the effort to reach Emerald lagoon was worth it
Trekking in complete safety, in the heart of the forest before reaching the esmeralda lagoon, totally frozen lake, magical landscapes.
