What people are saying about Theatre of Dionysus

Our guide/driver, Odysseas, arrived early at the cruise port with a sparkling clean van, large enough to accommodate all of our luggage from our cruise. He was very knowledgeable in Greek & Roman mythology and history. He gave us valuable insights into all of the monuments on the tour, along with visual aids to show details, highlights and construction techniques. He adapted his tour to include other sights and gave us a continual narrative of things we were seeing and questions we had along our route. My wife was interested in the ancient history and I was interested in Greece’s post 1821 revolution to it’s present history. Odysseas was very knowledgeable in both areas answering our questions and tying together pieces of interconnected history. Our tour ended with being dropped at our hotel. We had a great time on our tour and we’d very highly recommend it to anyone!

Odisseas was an exceptionally, well versed guide. His professionalism from pick-up to drop-off was consistent, & I felt safe and at ease under his care. He was charming and hilarious with an ability to answer questions seamlessly while transitioning to new facts at each location. He was a true gem and I'd suggest his services to any incoming tourist. It was the highlight of my short visit. I was able to combine local tradition with an ancient Greek mythology lesson in one setting. Just perfect!

Spiros was great! He was punctual, knowledgeable and very kind. He took us to the main attractions and told us about the places in between on the way.

The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, gave us time to visit explore and take photos, recommend him to others
