As a wheelchair user I found the museum to be wonderfully accessible, although there are limited disabled parking bays and we ended up having to park some distance from the building to ensure I had space to open my door wide. The restaurant is very expensive with limited options for GF and vegetarian foods. We paid just shy of £70 for 2 adults and 3 children for lunch. On top of £85 entry for the 5 of us this made the day extremely expensive. The outside part of the museum was very bare with no real information or interactive activities and it was mostly over untarmaced surfaces sp definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues. The gift shop was good with plenty of choice and several pocket money-priced items.

We had a very enjoyable day at Silverstone MUSEUM. All the staff were very helpful and seemed as though they really enjoyed their job.iT WAS VERY INTERESTING TO SEE THE HISTORY OF SILVERSTONE BEFORE IT WAS A RACE-TRACK. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE .
