Cheap, can be booked at short notice, easy to find meeting point, all highlights were explored and explained, audio device worked perfectly. Tour guide was a nice Spanish woman with very understandable English and excellent knowledge of Florence. There were also good tips about ice cream, street food and shopping. Some silly comparisons ("like an IKEA...") were probably included for the American participants so that they would understand it. You should just smile about that.

Nice educational tour along the highlights of Florence. You will be given headphones so that you can understand the guide well.
