Very empathetic and professional call center /administrative staff, always ready to assist. On board a jovial and active crew. Passionate about their job. Only downside is paying extra for the day beds and they are limited. Good transfer service also. Had a lovely experience, you can place your confidence in them.

Everything was as described in the activity page. The guide was very friendly and funny and told us many unknown facts about Teide and Tenerife. The views are fascinating, we were lucky enough to have a sunny and clear sky that day, but better watch out the weather forecast before scheduling the trip.

Absolutely amazing experience, got to see lots of wildlife. A must for a more relaxed day or recommend after doing any of the watersports activities on the coast like we did.

Amazing trip, lovely staff! We managed to see the dolphins and the pilot whales, two happy kids ❤️

Fantastic must do experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff!
