Our guide Lorne Newman was very awesome and full of energy and kept the group together. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer a lot of questions. He also provided additional information on the tours and the various sites we were visiting. The transportation was excellent and was very comfortable. I did not like the fact that the tour company drops you off in these tourist traps shopping stores. The point of my trip was not to shop and felt that should be optional. We spend a lot of time in the shops but RUSH through the actual historical sites. That's the only negative part. Also, the same with lunch - brought you to a very expensive place and do not explain prices etc. The guide and driver eat free so no care for what the guests are spending.

There are a lot of things to say about this trip. I would like to start saying that our guide was great, nice, knowledgeable and funny. Jerusalem is beyond imagination, it is a truly magical place and absolutely worth the visit. After this trip I regretted not spending a couple of nights there to fully enjoy its atmosphere. The overall organization wasn’t optimal, the departure was delayed of AN HOUR, as we were waiting for other participants. I understand that there can be inconveniences but losing an hour waiting in a park is frankly unacceptable, also considering the considerable price of the activity. The same thing happened when we came back, we waited almost an hour because we had to wait for the taxi for some participants that didn’t stop in Tel Aviv. Again, I understand the different necessities but there have to be a better way, to avoid the frustrating loss of time.

We had a wonderful day, we really enjoyed the opportunity to see the most important sights of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. We appreciate the hard work done by the guides Udi and Camil to give us the best possible experience, content and atmosphere of the place. I didn't understand the point of the daily stop at the Elvis gas station less than 30 minutes after departure and at the same time as 10 other buses. The place is too crowded, windy, unfriendly and totally irrelevant for a trip to historical places. Two days in a row on different trips we stopped at the same place!
