This tour is a must in Israel. I was amazed by the preservation of the ancient ruins and the beautiful coastline of the cities on this trip. While on the tour, you can skip the line for museums and the cable car. These museums were wonderful too. Keep in mind that when you go to Haifa, you cannot actually enter the gardens, but rather view them from above. It was a beautiful lookout point. The meal in Akko was good too, and is a set meal of only falafel or chicken shawarma. There was even time to do a little souvenir shopping! But what made this tour so amazing was our guide. Tomer is the best tour guide I’ve had in Israel of all 6 times I’ve been here. He is interesting, informative, fun, and organized. Tomer is incredibly knowledgeable, constantly accounts for everyone, and gave wonderful information. He cracked jokes on the bus, always kept us entertained, and overall was just a wonderful guide of these four cities. If you get a chance to do this tour, definitely request Tomer!

Luck plays a role with this tour company. I was assigned to a small van with 17 people and a great guide. The unlucky ones got stuck on the giant bus with the nasty tempered guide. Word of warning, the morning pick up does not actually start your tour. Instead, you are taken to a municipal park. You are told to go hunt for your actual tour bus. Buses are not in any order and many were not well labeled. Process was chaotic and poorly managed. At the end of the tour, my group had to change buses again to get back to Tel Aviv. The bus swap at the end angered some of the other tourists. We happened to board before they did. This caused more chaos as the original occupants kept insisting we or they were on the wrong bus. Others got mad that we took their seats that they spent the day sitting in even though the tour was totally over. The nasty guide made no effort at all to communicate what was going on. I knew a couple that spent the day on that bus and they said it was awful.
