What people are saying about Te Anau

We took this tour on one of the last days of a two-week trip trough the North and South Islands. We did many things on this trip including bus tours, 4WD tours, jet boating, hiking, etc. Upon reflection, this experience was my absolute favorite. Yes, the area was beautiful. Yes, the boat and its history was fascinating. Yes, the food and drinks were tasty. What made this trip so magical was the enthusiasm and genuine kindness of the Captian, Adam and his first mate, Jackie. You could tell Adam was proud of his boat, and he was glad to have people back on it post Covid. Jackie lead our nature walk, and she was very good to share her knowledge. I also really enjoyed getting to know the other quest on the tour. It was truly a fantastic experience, and I am thankful we found it.

Milford sound itself is overhyped, comparing to other beautiful places we have been. The 45 mins drive way from Queenstown to Glenorchy is more scenic than Milford in our opinion. Nevertheless, our tour guide Mark from cheeky kiwi made our day. His knowledge in geology and environmental science plus his unique sense of humour energised our more than 4 hours drive to the Milford sound cruise point.

Trips and tramps From the first minute to the last one, our Guide John exceded our expectations, answered all our questions and even Looked excited when we asked him every time with knowledge and experience. The lunch provided was great and the fact it was such a small group gave us the chance to Connect. Milford Sound is just the most beautiful place on earth! We recommend this tour 100% !

Well worthy of visiting in any day with any kind of weather! Such an amazing place, with great views along the way.

The coach drive did an excellent job and was so informative. The timing all worked so well
