What a magnificent way to see the beauty of Georgia! George, our guide, was an absolute delight. He recommended the best traditional food and restaurants, was an absolute pleasure to be around and had a wealth of knowledge of the area and its surroundings.

We very much enjoyed our trip and has a great time with our Guide Mana. He nailed the balance of letting us do our thing whilst also being helpful and informative. He had excellent English and we were easily able to enjoy his company and have interesting conversations. Key things to know: Lunch is not a thing. If you’d like to eat during the 9-11 hour tour, bring a pack up! Currently there is a need to use a 4x4 at your cost to get up the last bit - we were aware, so didn’t mind. But it was an extra 100GEL so may need to be factored in. Ladies seem to need skirts/wraps when entering monasteries and donations and toilet costs are common - so take some small change…Still well worth the money though :0)
