The factory is located in Kraków, Poland. During the Holocaust, Schindler used his factory as a way to save over a thousand Jews from the concentration camps by employing them as workers. He spent his fortune and risked his life to protect his Jewish workers from persecution and death. The story of Schindler's Factory and his efforts to save Jews was immortalized in the 1993 film "Schindler's List," directed by Steven Spielberg. Today, Schindler's Factory serves as a museum dedicated to the history of Kraków under Nazi occupation, as well as the story of Oskar Schindler and the Jewish workers he saved. Our guide Mirek was really helpful and ensured we had a great day. We were sent loads of useful tips on where to go to get the very day out the the trip. It was fun and informative. Mirek also arranged all of the bits of the day in the best order so that we could enjoy it according to limitations with the weather. We would recommend the trip. The bus was a little tight but everything else was great 👍 x

The trip was excellent. The guide was perfect...the right level of humour, information and helpfulness. The one issue was the music on the bus. Some of the lyrics were highly inappropriate for a young audience and the same few tracks were played repeatedly for the 1.5 hours return journey. Loved the experience.

Guide was brilliant, just one issue is that it's packed full with tourists so maneuvering about and trying to hear the guided can be a struggle at times

Mido, our driver and guide made the visit so much more memorable. We can't thank him enough.

Wonderful trip! Dawid was an excellent guide and driver. Highly recommend this tour!
