Then it’s back on the trikes to travel up the west coast of the island, stopping to feed the chipmunks in Betancuria and visit the observatory for 360 degree views of the island. Continue up towards Correlejo in the north on a fantastic full-day out that takes you to the more hidden parts of Fuerteventura.

Choose from a shared or private lesson and get some tips on how to stand on water, whatever your level of experience. Benefit from the expertise of a qualified instructor who will teach you all the safety rules and basic fundamentals of surfing. Improve your technique according to your level of ability. Your instructor will choose the best beach for your lesson, depending on your skillset and the weather conditions on the day. Master the art of riding the waves and get some time to relax on the beach. 

In the harbor of Corralejo, board the ferry to Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. There, go by bus to the Fire Mountains. Observe the fantastic landscape of the Timanfaya National Park and the geothermal demonstrations in the Islote de Hilario. Then, begin the Volcano Route and go deep into the lava fields. After a delicious lunch, the bus will pass through La Geria, a wine town. Visit a typical wine cellar and taste the wines of Lanzarote.  After that, go across the island to reach the volcano tube Jameos del Agua. Discover unique species, like the albino crab, known as Jameito. From there, return to Playa Blanca, crossing the Coast of Lava to get the ferry to Fuerteventura.

After learning about the technical side of stand-up paddle and a stretching session, you will head for the water where you will put what you learned into practice. Learn about safety, weather forecast and how to observe currents and SUP spots. This stand up paddle course will be held on flat water. Duration on the beach (theory and practical) will be about 1.5-hours.  All levels will be welcome, minimum age is 6-years-old. There is a policy of maximum 4 learners per instructor in the water. If you have a larger group, kindly contact first before booking. You need to be a confident swimmer and physically fit. Classes will be available in Spanish, English and Italian.
