Please stand by at the pick-up point at least 30 minutes before departure time. For any city transfer, a driver will wait only 30 minutes after the pick-up time indicated in the booking. After 30 minutes, if a customer doesn't show up, the booking will be considered a no-show. The driver will be waiting for 2 hours for airport pick-up. Please inform us about any delay and a driver will stay longer. Otherwise, we will consider the request a no-show. Pets are not allowed.
