Full description

Enjoy a photo tour of the Blue Mountains including the late afternoon at Echo Point. Experience a perfectly crafted tour that has the very best of this World Heritage listed region plus getting up close with our Australian animals.

Sleep in with a later departure time and avoid Sydney’s rush hour traffic without the theme park, cafes, or ferry ride. Stop at a working farm so you can get up close with kangaroos and native animals. Gain exclusive access to learn about koalas, give them a back scratch, and get the perfect photo opportunity which is also included. Listen to the sounds of nature, the birds, and rushing water on a longer walk to some majestic waterfalls. Keen nature lovers will enjoy the 90-minute bush walk into Wentworth Falls with a cliff edge walk to views across the Jamieson Valley. Savour a quick bush picnic lunch and witness a remote lookout that allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of this region.

Those who would rather not join in the longer walks can choose to take a shorter walk, gaze across the valley and spot our birdlife. You'll view the Three Sisters as the late afternoon sun caresses the sandstone structure and valleys below. The yellows and reds bring the Three Sisters to life and make for the very best photos and views without all the crowds. Finally, relax at a local restaurant and enjoy a main course dinner before you are returned near your city hotel.

Terry is a dedicated professional with a passion for the outdoors that comes across on this tour. He is a longtime resident of Sydney and shares the wealth of his local knowledge freely. He said s punctual and strategic in the pacing of this adventure with snacks, a picnic-style lunch and evening dinner. The splendor and history of the Blue Mountains come through with his commentary and choices of viewing stations. He is also a professional photographer, to boot, and will take memorable photos of you with your own equipment. The limitation on group size makes for a more intimate and individual experience for participants. Don’t miss this opportunity if you’re in or plan on being in Sydney.

Terry was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about the scenery and history surrounding this beautiful landscape. I would highly recommend booking with him! He was also very helpful suggesting places and things worth doing in the surrounding areas and gave us amazing insight on what we should fill our days with :) I’m happy to say I would recommend this to anyone I know traveling in the Sydney area

Although I am much delayed in leaving this review, as I went on this tour last July, I had to take a moment to HIGHLY recommend this tour, or any with terry for that fact! In my trip to Sydney, this Blue Mountains tour was by far one of the BEST, if not the best experience I had while there. From the friendly, small group environment (which is a lovely way to make some new friends, and I found to be so fun!), to Terry's promptness (he showed up at my hotel right on time, with a smile, even AFTER I had booked the tour quite last minute!), to his thoughtfulness and knowledge (especially of Photography! This is a huge bonus, and I left with the most incredible photos from the day) as well as the incredible opportunity to learn so much from Terry about general information/Australia, truly made for a day I will likely not ever forget. No other tour I have been on anywhere in the world gave me the anything near the quality of this enriching, personalized experience I got with Terry
