What people are saying about Surat Thani City

The view and location are phenomenal. The food was delicious and more than plentiful. The staff at the resort very nice. Vegan food was no problem at all, there was even soy milk for the coffee. The only criticism was our guide. She hardly communicated with us, didn't explain anything and in general we had the feeling that she didn't want to. She also argued with us because she insisted that we had only booked one day without an overnight stay and she was not very solution-oriented, when we arrived at the resort she just left us. The next day when we left, she forgot us again, there was no boat available for us. Here, too, other guides or the resort staff had to avoid our return transport. Too bad. On an otherwise absolutely recommendable trip!
