The driver was courteous and the transfer was flawless. The tour guide assigned to the group is knowledgeable, kind and made us all comfortable throughout the tour. He gave us a number of useful tips prior to each stop and made the experience fun! The guide ensured that we participated throughout the tour with Q&A byte sessions. The Turkish Carpet presentation included in the tour was held at the Istanbul Handicraft store - it was informative and a sensory experience for us. He even helped us buy the right delicacies at Hafiz Mustafa. We decided to opt out of the Grand Bazaar, and wanted to visit the Basilica Cistern, which was not on the tour - the tour guide helped us with our query of how to get through, what to see and what to avoid en route. It was an excellent half day tour.

I was picked up from my hotel as scheduled although the structure of the tour was not explained at the time. We waited for the driver and was taken to a central meeting spot where a few of us were told to come off the bus. Then it was explained by Songu who was the tour guide for my tour the structure of the morning and day for the ones who had booked for a full day tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful and we had a small group of 6. She gave us time to ourselves at each location and at the end she helped to direct me back to my hotel after the tour. A very lovely morning and a good way to be introduced to Istanbul. Thank you

had the 1 day tour with Pinar who was great. we went to the Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, the palace, the cistern, and the bazaar. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bazaar experience was a bit overwhelming (things without pricetag, bartering and what not) is the only complaint, but that's not the tour guide's fault.

Gamze was the best guide we could have asked for, for our first day in Istanbul! She was very knowledgable and informative. She was also very accomodating in changing the pace of the tour for my mother who after a recent injury couldn’t walk far or fast.

Tour hit all the highlights I wanted to see.

I did the one day tour. I would highly recommend it if you have a short time in Istanbul. My guide tailored the tour to include something extra that was recommended to me by me cutting short my Grand Bazaar visit. Tip - wear your walking shoes.
