What people are saying about Sukhothai

Cannot recommend this tour enough! Not only was this tour a beautiful experience of the rural areas of Sukhothai which gave us an insight to how the villages live and their struggles during COVID, our tour guide made this experience everything and more ‘Chip’ was friendly, kind, comforting and engaging. He not only reassured us we could stop anytime to ask questions or take a break he also made us both feel comfortable with the speed of the tour. We do not cycle a lot and did not feel any pressure to go at a certain pace. Chip ensured this experience was at our own pace He made this tour amazing with interesting real life stories and by taking us to numerous places of the villagers work such as the bamboo workshop and a wood factory As we rode round the areas the villagers were very friendly and happy to see tourists! Not only was the sunset incredibly special and memorable the little things such as cookies from his local village made the tour that extra bit special Thank you

Great experience with Meow ! I loved bicycling around the countryside with her. She tells you a lot about Thai culture in general but more especially in Sukhothai, is eager to share anecdocts and answer your questions. You will visit a wood factory, a distillery, a artisan who makes objects and traps for animals (and how do people get their food to eat or sell). You will also see beautiful rice plantations with the moutains in background. It was a true immersion into another Thailand, i can only recommend it !

Excepcional!! One of the best tours of my trip! I had a wonderful time. The guie was experienced, pacient and took me on a incredible journey through Sukhothai’s history and way of life. She is really passionate about the place and you can’t help but feel the same. The itinerary is really mild so you don’t need to be an experienced rider. I highly recomend this tour. A lot of fun.

We had a great time with Miau and the rest of the group doing the cycling tour around Sukhotai. We got to see the new town and the old one. Miau explained plenty of things related to Thai culture and also information about the old city and its beautiful ruins. One of the best tours we do so far!
