Start your excursion in Corfu town, at the port, or surrounding area where you will meet your guide and set off together. First, drive along the road to the North part of Island, passing through green scenery alongside olive groves until you arrive in the old Venetian village of Ano Korakiana. Then, cross through the village and follow the sloping mountain roads until you reach the highest point of the island. Visit the monastery of Pantokrator and enjoy some free time to explore. After that, continue to the village of Strinyllas and stop there for an optional meal in a small square. Next, head over to the village of Spartillas to marvel at the eastern coast of the island from the viewpoint. Follow the route along the slopes of the mountain with beautiful countryside views until you reach the village of Socrates. Walk through the village and enjoy a refreshment, coffee, and homemade sweets in the main square. Step into a wood-carving workshop where you will find something souvenirs and gifts. After this, continue further up the mountain and observe how the landscape becomes rocky and wild. At the top, visit the monastery and soak up the magnificent views of the Albanian coast. We have another short stop above St. George Bay in point Helidoni. From here you may enjoy a fantastic view over the Ionian sea and the Diapontia islands North of Corfu. Drive to St. George of the Ice Bay and make a longer stop of around two hours in one of the local beach restaurants, and enjoy a typical Greek meal, a walk, or a swim in the sea. Leave St. George and take the road through the northwest villages of Afionas, Arillas, St. Stefanos (Agios Stefanos Avliotes), and Avliotes, until reaching the beautiful sunset spot, Logas. Have a coffee stop at Logas until we take the way to Peroulades, Canal d’ Amour, Sidari, Karousades, and finally back to your drop-off destination.
