Visiting William Shakespeare's birthplace was a wonderful experience. The house has been very well maintained over the centuries and the Guides explained in length how Shakespeare and his family lived in his home. I thoroughly enjoyed finding out about William's dad's glove-making business as well as how Mary Arden gave birth to eight babies in very challenging conditions. A must-see!

Really enjoyed visiting Shakespeare's Birthplace. So interesting and I loved the relaxing atmosphere. Not rushed and able to sit in the garden before the gift shop. All the rooms have staff to tell you the history and any question you may have. Have learned so much, do not miss it.

I had a lovely experience at Shakespeare's house. I was impressed by how old and still well maintained is the house. The garden is full of flowers and you can relax sitting on benches. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional and you can enjoy meals at nice restaurants with reasonable prices located on the same street. I truly recommend this place to be visited.
