That was a fantastic experience! Ben, our guide, made his best for our group to get along. And he succeeded! We saw three or four dears. Not a moose, unfortunately, but we were given a wonderful tip where we may spot one. It’s a lovely experience. And if you get Ben for your guide, consider yourself a lucky person!

After a half-hour drive, we reached a piece of forest outside of Stockholm, where the guide took us on a short hike. Meanwhile he prepared a midsummer supper. We were a group of 8 people and we got on well together. Then we continued through the forest and past fields. We were able to observe the animals well with binoculars. Unfortunately, the moose did not come out of the forest. The guide was very nice and personable.

Lovely small group made the tour feel very personal, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and made an effort to ensure everyone felt welcome and included. We didn’t see any moose or boar but saw lots of deer and some Icelandic cows. The meal was an enjoyable experience in a very cute location. Well worth the money, especially to get out of the city and experience the Swedish countryside that I would not have otherwise been able to experience by myself, would recommend to anyone coming to Stockholm.
