Benefit from hotel pickup in St. Petersburg, and then depart for the fascinating village of Pushkin. Take a scenic drive along Moscow Avenue towards the outskirts of the city, and then admire the beauty of the imperial palaces on arrival in Pushkin.
Founded in 1710 as an imperial residence named "Tsarskoye Selo," it received the status of a town in 1808. Known for its beautiful parks and gardens, the main attraction is Catherine Palace, the opulent and baroque summer residence of the tsars.
Go inside the palace to explore the reception halls and take in the grandeur of the Great Hall. Visit the Amber Room, considered one of the wonders of St. Petersburg, and learn more about the lavish lifestyle of the Russian tsars from your guide.
