You’ll have lots of time to enjoy the seven mile beach, a magnificent stretch of pure white Jamaican sand with low-rise hotels, resorts, and guest cottages hidden among palms dotted along it. Sunsets are a main attraction here. Each day melts into a glorious burst of color and every sunset is unique and breathtaking. Some form pastel colors and others are intense with fire. The crystal-clear turquoise water is well protected by numerous reefs and is free of rocks, seaweed, or undertow. There is such a gentle drop off that it is even safe for non-swimmers and children.

Then climb aboard a 30-foot bamboo raft and enjoy a quiet and relaxing trip down the peaceful and beautiful Martha Brae river bordered by lush trees and vegetation. This raft ride is operated over a three mile stretch and last for approximately one hour. Enjoy utter peace and tranquility as your captain share information about the wild life and plants along the way. Your driver will be waiting for you at the disembarkation area, which also offer a bar, lounge area and restroom. At the end of the tour, your driver will take you back to your hotel or cruise port. This tour is approximately 7 hours.

On arrival at the rafting sight, you will be greeted with a welcome drink and introduced to your captain for the trip. Before embarking on the tour, take a stroll through the herb garden and enjoy a presentation on Jamaica’s herbs famous for their medicinal and healing properties. Then climb aboard a 30 foot bamboo raft and enjoy a quiet and relaxing trip down a peaceful and beautiful river bordered by lush trees and vegetation. The raft ride is operated over a three mile stretch on the Martha Brae River and last for approximately one hour. Enjoy utter peace and tranquillity as your captain share information about the wild life and plants along the way. Your driver will be waiting for you at the disembarkation area, which also offer a bar, lounge area and restroom.
