Start with pickup from your hotel in Rome and travel to the Perugina chocolate factory. Visit the museum and learn about origin of cacao, its production, and various chocolate recipes. Discover the secrets of Perugina's most famous products, such as the Baci and much more. The museum also includes videos and stories about the history of this important Italian company. At the end of the museum tour, taste some of the delicious chocolate products produced in the factory. Depending on the production schedule, you may be able to enter the factory and watch the production lines from the catwalk.
Next, make your way to the town of Perugia, which is home to a vast amount of artistic and cultural treasures, such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the beautiful Town Hall, and the 13th-century Fontana Maggiore. Explore the beautiful capital of Umbrian heritage with your guide.
