Full description

Witness the lush beauty of the Krka National Park on a day trip from Split or Trogir. Discover beautiful waterfalls, bird-filled wetlands, and a stunningly scenic setting. You will explore the famous Skradinski Buk – a unique travertine barrier beautifully sculptured by natural action.

Depart from Split or Trogir and travel towards the park. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to stroll the well-organized trails and wander through the lush green forests at your own pace.

Hike to a small collection of renovated stone houses, workshops, and other authentic buildings, including a watermill demonstrating sustainable village life from centuries ago. Wind your way down to the Krka River, stopping now and again to read the educational maps and exciting information about the herbs and animal species that make the park their home. Relax under the shade of the tall trees, or sit down on the river banks and watch the water rush by.

Then, enjoy a boat ride down the Krka river canyon, which will take you to the town of Skradin. Located within the national park grounds, you will have 2 hours to relax and go for a swim. Bid farewell to this piece of paradise and hop back on the bus. Travel back to Split and Trogir via scenic and picturesque Dalmatian villages.

Very pleasant day The staff was very pleasant, the bus was on time and the organization was top notch! The only downside is that we lack a bit of time to go around the Krka park without rushing. Apart from that, in view of the service offered, I highly recommend this activity!

The arrangements were very well organised and the guide was very knowledgeable and approachable. We had considered making our own way in a hire car but pleased we didn't as everything was taken care of and we could just enjoy our day. Can't recommend visiting krka Park enough. We're already looking forward to going back. This might sound strange but an umbrella is definitely worth while as the sun is deathly hot. Overall, a brilliant service and day out.

I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the following reason. If the tour guide wasn't so great, it would only be ⭐⭐⭐. Now for the high season (we were there on July 28th) totally overrun. You are almost pushed through the park by the crowd of people. When you get to the waterfalls to maybe take nice pictures, Instagram monkeys climb behind the barriers to take their pictures. Because of this, the view is blocked for anyone who follows the rules. Nothing to see from park rangers or similar that could prevent this. The national park is so beautiful and worth a visit if you want to go through there with these crowds. Those who value keeping a certain distance from the Corna will be disappointed. Such rules apply in general throughout Croatia in the summertime, it didn't seem stupid to me to adhere to hygiene rules in such a typically German way
