    Lack of communication to actual pickup point. Call center not knowledgeable of the various ports. Since we were on a ship, only way to communicate was by email. My phone did not have international service. This was told to your contact person by email. Street closure due to boat show made the intended pickup point obsolete. Once driver picked us up, he was very good in attempting to drop us off as close to our hotel as possible. Many road closure due to Queens funeral. Until we were picked up, we were not sure if we had a ride or not, and if we did, where was he going to pick us up. Never received the 24 hour contact before pickup.

    It was hard to find our transportation to the airport. I think he was a little late. Once he was there he had a sign with our name on it but we were pretty stressed before that and had to call the company. That is confusing in a foreign country. Then there were 4 other guests in our transport but we waited 45 minutes past their pick up time and still had no sign of them. We finally had to say that we needed to get to the airport. He did take just the two of us since we needed to go but I’m not sure how long we would have waited if we didn’t say we needed to go. I’m sure they sent someone else for the other late people.

    Van was waiting at the terminal. Some confusion if it was our transport since no one held up our names. Good travel to London but hit traffic in the city. Confusion regarding the correct hotel. Two passengers were at the right hotel. Four of us were scheduled for a nearby hotel with similar name. Van took us to right hotel but did not drop us off at the front door.
