Full description

Enjoy a private boat tour to the glamorous island of Capri, departing from the main pier of Sorrento on the Sorrentine Peninsula. Marvel at the private villas and coves of Sorrento on one side, and the island of Capri on the other, with Naples and Mount Vesuvius behind you as you cross. Upon arrival, sail to some of the fabled island sites, such as the Blue Grotto, known for its electric blue light. Once the private bath house of the Roman Emperor Tiberius, it was abandoned for centuries as it was feared it was cursed. Swim in the turquoise waters of the Green Grotto, splashing about under a natural arch, or admire the rock formations of the White Grotto, where a beautiful building can be spotted high above the cliffs. Go to the lighthouse of Punta Carena, built in the Marina Piccola in 1862, and marvel at the gleaming yachts of the rich and famous. Cruise through the natural hole of the I Faraglioni, backdrop to many ads. Dock in the Marina Grande to explore Capri on land. Walk through the gardens of the Villa San Michele, and learn about the emperor Tiberius at Villa Jovis. Take in the views from Monte Solaro, the highest peak of Capri, and enjoy a drink at the chic Hotel Quisisana. Lunch recommendations will be provided, or you are free to find your own quaint little café or restaurant. Catch a cab to Anacapri at the higher limits of Capri, and enjoy the hairpin bends of the scenic road to the island’s limits.

We had a great day out on the boat with Antonio — one of the highlights of our two week honeymoon in Italy. A bit of a hiccup early on as the water was too choppy for the small boat we had booked, but Valeria was great about getting in touch with us promptly and arranging a speed boat instead. Very professional and reliable operation and you can feel confident everything will be taken care of!

Yes folks I read the reviews about booking the day before ina foreign land and was worried whether a boat would show up.... Not only did a boat show up, we had a confirmation from Valeria the day beforehand. Very professional and arranged at short notice as promised on the website! On the day our captain Christian and his vessel was superb and exactly as described. Our experience was flawless and amazing. A family day filled with very special memories that we will never forget! Highly recommend!!

Awesome day in Capri

This was a great boat excursion to Capri. Our boat captain, Christian, was awesome. He got us into a hotel pool on Capri and also made us lunch reservations at an excellent restaurant there. He took the time to show us some great sites on the way back as well. I highly recommend this excursion.
