Showed up to the meeting point 45 min to ensure we didn’t miss the bus and followed the exact directions of the meeting point. Waited till 1058 to call the company saying we didn’t see the bus, no answer then called again at 11:02am and proceed to email the company as asked in the directions. The bus was not at the meeting point, never seen a bus with the name CityXperience even after walking up and down the strip multiple times. Got in touch with the chat and noted that the bus left at 11:10. Highly disappointed as it was a waste of $87.
Very nice day, saw a lot of beautiful Mallorca. The guide did an excellent job of explaining everything in 4 languages. It is very unfortunate that most fellow travelers preferred to talk out loud to each other rather than listen to the explanation: lack of respect for the guide and for the people who had difficulty hearing the guide. But it was still quite an experience.
Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the island with a short amount of time. Sven was an amazing guide and made sure the experience was incredibly memorable.
The two of us were traveling as a small group, so to speak. All in all very good, very individual.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't good. Otherwise a great trip with Sven😀
