Located underneath the ice cap is one of the largest Volcanoes in Iceland, Katla which erupted last in 1918. Long travel, but absolutely worth it. Our lovely guide Mia has informed us about the places we visited themselves, and lots about Icelandic couture and history. The waterfalls, glacier and beach were absolutely amazing, and the Sky Lagoon was a good experience to relax after the intense day.
