Meet at the Rafting In the Smokies tour supplier office. From Pigeon Forge, follow Veterans boulevard away from Pigeon Forge and travel until it ends. Turn right onto Dolly Parton Parkway/411, and travel on 411 for about 18 miles until it ends. Turn right on 25/70 and take I-40 east. Travel for 15 miles to exit #447 (Hartford road). Turn left and the Rafting In the Smokies outpost be on your right. It is in a log building with a red tin roof.
