Slano

Tour three wineries on this tour from Dubrovnik to the Peljesac peninsula. Take a walking tour of the medieval city of Ston. Visit wine cellars and chat about production with winemakers. Meet your guide that has either grown up or has family roots in Peljesac, so they personally know the local wine makers. Relax on the scenic drive along the Adriatic coast. Pass the charming villages of Orasac, Trsteno and Slano. Catch a glimpse of the Elafiti islands that run parallel to the coast. Cross over to the peninsula of Peljesac and arrive in Ston which has 7 kilometers of 14th-century walled fortifications.  Follow your guide on a walking tour of Ston. Learn about the salt pans where salt was produced and harvested for centuries when it was very expensive product. Have the option to stop to purchase lunch in Ston. Continue to begin your visit to the wineries.  Learn how Peljesac wine is made, aged and distributed on a tour of three wineries. Travel to once winery in the village of Potomje where Dingac wine is produced. Sample 12 different wines and have a snack at one winery.  Delight your senses as you try fruit liqueurs and olive oils. Return to your accommodation in Dubrovnik at the end of your tour. 

Start with pickup from your hotel in Dubrovnik and travel by luxury, air-conditioned vehicle to Mostar. Throughout the journey, learn about the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina from your experienced guide.  Cross the border and travel along a quiet stretch of road towards the village of Zavala. Stop to take some photos of the beautiful landscape of the region. Enjoy a short break in the village of Ravno at an old train station. Then, continue towards the small town of Stolac, largely destroyed during the war in the 1990s, which was shared between Bosniaks and Croatians.  Arrive in Mostar and embark on a 2-hour walking tour of the city. See the highlights of Mostar, including its famous Old Bridge. Discover mosques, cobbled streets, and bazaars. Enjoy some time for shopping at local craft shops. You can also enjoy some traditional cuisine at a local restaurant, at your own expense. Then, before returning to Dubrovnik, visit the nearby medieval town of Počitelj, where you will have a 30-minute break. From Počitelj, return to Dubrovnik by the same route you took earlier in the day, arriving back just after sunset.
