The activity was really good and a lovely place to visit. Well worth it. However, my only complaint would be that the meeting point for the guide and transport is in a very obscure location. I even had to contact GYG via Whatsapp to try and figure our where the location actually is, and even customer care didn't know. Having spoken to other travellers on the tour, all of them said the same that the meeting point is very random, obscure and not easy to reach.

Very well worth booking this. Only downside was out of his control, that being that the cable car was closed for maintainence. Otherwise some gorgeous views, a friendly and clear guide who knew Skopje well, and the tour of Makta Canyon was wonderful. Do go on the boat trip when you get there, it cost around an extra €10 ish.

We had a great afternoon with Vladimir! We were a small group of maybe 10 people, he took time to explain everything and talk to us and answer all our questions. The trip itself was very nice and Matka canyon was a lovely excursion. The cave itself doesn't present a huge interest but it was nice to go around with the boat (not included in the package). Maybe count for an extra hour as the cable car runs really only every 30min and it can happen to miss it. We left around 13:15 and came back around 18:00. Very nice experience which we recommend!
