Our boat was clean, warm and bright with some lovely flowers on the tables. The staff were also lovely and welcoming. Our afternoon tea was served promptly and was fresh and tasty. Drinks were reasonable and not overpriced. The lady who served us was smashing and we chatted with her about other things to see and do whilst we were in Skipton.

The cruise was very well organised and left from the canal wharf on the dot of 14:45. Very friendly and helpful crew, particularly as I had forgotten my handbag and my mobile phone which had my tickets on it! Fortunately they were able to confirm my booking just using my name. Very pleasant trip and scenery, putting you at eye-level with the many ducks and swans on the canal. Afternoon tea was well presented, given advance notice, they were able to cater for my friend who is a coeliac and can therefore only eat gluten-free foods. There is both a ladies and a gents toilet on board and there is also a bar. An altogether positive experience which I would be happy to recommend.

A great, relaxing and most enjoyable afternoon. Probably the best value for money 2 hrs spent in Skipton on our 3 day visit. Excellent food, presentation was excellent and the service was second to none. would definitely recommend this trip and a nice plus was the onboard bar and a John Smiths @ £3 was great value.
