What people are saying about Şirince

We really loved our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, professional and fun to be around. We had two issue that cause the lower rating...1) I booked this tour through a tour booking agency. I paid in full and in advance for this tour. As our tour was coming to an end, I was asked to pay for the tour. I explained that I had already paid. What I didn't know was that my emailed voucher was proof of this payment. Nobody told me this. I was asked to pay for the tour, a second time resulting in a double payment. The GetYourGuide company never asked me if I had a voucher. They are the people who issue the voucher, so this should have been a question asked. Since the day of our tour, I have been attempting to get one of my two payments reimbursed. This return of money has still not happened. The other issue was pressure applied from private businesses that wanted to make a sale. The tactics used may be part of Turkish society...but it made us highly uncomfortable and it was not appreciated.

Fantastic day adapted to their own interests. Professional explanation of every item we encountered during our visit. Stops to drink if kids got thirsty, real custom made. Wonderful relaxing and educational day.

serine village is overrated. guide was excellent. The car is superb.
