Alex was stellar! He arrived at the agreed upon time happy & enthusiastic. We arrived at the Pena Palace with minimal queue. He was very knowledgeable and was able to share local insights. He facilitated our ticket purchase & walked with us through the palace pointing out facts & interesting details. When we left the palace the lines were so long reinforcing that taking Alex’s advice was the right choice. We went to Monserratte, which was wonderful & again even more re insight via Alex. Alex was so professional & courteous making sure we had what we needed to have a successful day. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering visiting Sintra.
