What people are saying about Sintra District

Our guide Costa is very experienced and he dropped us at all the beautiful spots for taking pictures. He gave us enough time to walk and feel the Atlantic Ocean which is so worth to see. The Atlantic coastal lines are a MUST to go route. Costa is also very thoughtful to let us visit the miniature museum of Portugal before going to Mafra Palace. The library of Mafra Palace is terrific, haven't seen such a beautiful palace library before. Costa knows a lot of history and he introduced us in details on the Portugal history in relation to the Mafra Palace making our visit very much more interesting. Mafra Palace is beautiful though without much furniture.

Iain was very accommodating. Picked us up close to our apartment and off we went. It’s a beautiful drive down the coast. Made several stops along the way w breathtaking views. Lunch was at an amazing restaurant. So nice to see a different part of Portugal.

Thank you for a nice day. We liked discovering the seaside and we appreciated being able to stop at different places to admire breathtaking landscapes. Thank you for your kind attentions throughout the day.

Wonderful day with Iain! He is a gracious driver/guide who makes every effort to cater to your specific requests--and in his beautiful car! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful time with Luis Miguel! He showed me everything I wanted to see which included things off the beaten path.
