Great way to see the highlights of Singapore Zoo if you have limited time/or energy. Easy pick up and drop off from hotel and informative guide who will show you the best parts of the zoo, with the option to stay longer if you wish too. Making use of the tram and airconditioned displays to limit fatigue, although the zoo is well sheltered it is still very hot. The zoo itself must be on any travellers todo list.

This was a great package tour especially if you want to maximize your time at the Zoo. The guide will help you go through a vast area with minimal time. Recommendation: The agency sent our tour guide/ driver to the wrong hotel. We started later than scheduled because of this, which shortened our overall experience. I wished they contacted us ahead of time to arrange the pick up location.

Overall the trip was good. We were picked up from our hotel on time and then driven to a central point with all the other guests. That's when the troubles started. The coaches were ready, but the people who were organising the coaches didn't have a clue. Eventually we were let on the bus and then we had to wait at least 30 minutes for our tour guide. He was on the bus to start with and then decided he had to go somewhere, maybe a cup of tea, who knows. He had trouble checking the guests, couldn't count or something. Not good. We arrived late at the zoo and had to rush to get our breakfast, very good breakfast, and we were lucky to have time with the orangutans. The zoo was brilliant, rode the shuttle bus around and stopped at various places. Overall the trip was good would have better if the people at the start had a clue on how to organise and stay on time
