- CAT 1, CAT 2, CAT 3 passengers are eligible to enter PPL (kindly refer to ICA pages: https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/shn-and-swab-summary)
- Passengers under CAT 4 and arriving from the following countries (Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, UK, France, Netherlands) will not be allowed to enter PPL
- Hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Your visit may be extended for an additional fee, payable on the day of your stay, subject to availability
- Children aged 1 and younger can enter free. Children 11 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult
- In the Premium Lounge, food is available 24 hours a day. However, part of the buffet will be closed from 11:00 PM
- Bar for alcoholic drinks is not available from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM
