I took the 2pm tour and it was really nice to ride through the countryside as the sun was getting lower. A great break from the hustle of Siem Reap and the temples. Got a 10 minute intro with the motorbike which was easy to pick up and then it was time to ride. The roads can be sandy and uneven but it wasn’t too difficult. There were occasional 3 stops. I would give the tour a 3.5 because it’s not much more than riding through the country side, tour guide was nice but didn’t tell me much of anything about the route, why we were stopping where we stopped, or much of the history without prompt. As a result it is definitely overpriced but the countryside is well worth a visit because it truly is quite beautiful.
Really great fun would definitely recommend it. I was luck to be only one booked for the afternoon tour. After showing I could ride the bike. A Honda dream 125cc bike we set off on dirt tracks. Through country side you would not find yourself. Really enjoyed it seeing rural Cambodia. It was a circular trip and some road work in traffic but the guide was great so just a case of following him. You will get dirty as the roads are all very dusty but well worth it if you want to get out of the city. Pick up was by motorcycle too
We had a great time. The ability to see Cambodia from a different perspective was awesome. The guide was great and showed us how to use the motorbikes (very easy). He lead the way and we followed. Stopping periodically to snap pics and to check on our needs. I highly recommend this tour!
It's really an impressive experience in our trip. We are very happy and enjoy riding on the countryside. The tour guide introduced the life of countryside people and also the story of Cambodia. Thanks for the tour guide and the whole activity.
Perfect experience, got to learn how to drive a motorbike and felt super safe throughout. Especially appreciated Scott's knowledge of the local area, culture and people - very cool guy!
