Full description
This half-day tour will take you away from the town proper and out towards the eastern side of Siem Reap where you will witness countryside living and learn more about the traditional daily life of Cambodian people. You will be passing a lot of rice fields and breathtaking views along the way. There will be cows and buffalos grazing large expanses of grass and you might find some of them bathing in little pools of water.
As you go along, learn about the community and schools, as well as the importance of a pagoda in the commune. You will have a chance to interact with the locals during the tour. One of the highlights of the tour will be a visit to Athvear Pagoda. Here, you will find a temple that not many tourists get to visit.
This cycling tour is about 15 kilometers, and as long as you know how to ride a bicycle, this tour will be fun for you. You will be cycling through flat roads and making stops you will enjoy.
