We were disappointed to learn on the day of our tour that due to the ever-changing travel conditions currently, our tour would be combined with another company’s tour that was to visit, in addition to KrKa NP, a village and do an optional wine tasting. The tour itself was fine, and we ended up having a nice day with the other company’s guide (who was very kind and knowledgeable). However, Danielja, the Booker employee with whom we worked, saved the day. To make up for our experience, she offered to take us on an additional tour the following day, at no cost, which she led and ended up being a highlight of our time in Split. This would have been a very different review had it not been for Danielja’s professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Our guide Jelena was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to inform us of all things Dalmatia and Croatia in general. We were expecting this tour to be a pick up and drop off type deal as the price is the same as catching the local bus. To our surprise we were given a guided tour through the park and local knowledge that we really appreciated. Would highly recommend this tour as it was the easiest and most carefree way to visit Krka! All thanks to Jelena!
We were lucky to have a lovely guide, Daniela, whom gave us a lot of information during the day and kept in touch in our free time at the waterfalls. She loves her job and it shows by the way she interacts with the crowd and goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable! After the boat trip from the waterfalls we had a delicious meal in Skradin.
I loved the tour, it was super easy to check in and it was convenient to have been able to get to the park on the bus. I also enjoyed the added wine tour and the beach rest stop. One thing I want to warn others about is that not all the people on the bus wore their masks. There wasn’t enforcement of it either and it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Incredibly beautiful spot and definitely worth a visit. The guide was very knowledgeable and funny, also gave some tips and info about other spots we passed on the coach journey there. Would recommend water shoes as is very rocky
