The tour begins in Shinjuku, best known as Tokyo’s nightlife hub where locals grab a drink after work and catch up with friends. Follow your guide along the colorful streets, admiring the bright lights and signs that line the buildings. Explore the main hotspots in Shinjuku, including Omoide Yokocho, a small street with many restaurants and bars, as well as Izakaya. Along the way, learn about local life and culture. Continue the tour to Kabukicho next, where you can marvel at yet more glittering neon signs. Pass by the iconic Godzilla building, followed by the popular Robot Restaurant. Then, follow your guide into the bustling side streets where you can get a real sense of typical Japanese nightlife. Wander through Golden Gai next, a small but busy bar area, before ending the tour at Shinjuku Station.

Shinjuku is a famous district for shopping and eating. This tour will introduce you to the most scenic spots of the area. First stop is Odakyu Department Store. Here you will take a picture from the west side of Shinjuku Station of the many office buildings located nearby. From the 12th floor of the department store, you can admire views of the modern city of Tokyo. Continue to the Shinjuku Eye, a piece of public art near Shinjuku Station. It has the shape of a large eye and is 10 meters in length. Capture images of this artwork that has been watching over Shinjuku City for over 50 years. At the Shinjuku Sumitomo skyscraper, capture an interesting view of the geometric patterns at the new plaza and shopping space. Next, head to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, where there is an observation deck on the 45th floor. Enjoy the magnificent views of the Tokyo Tower, the Sky Tree, and even Mt. Fuji when the weather is nice. Next stop is the popular Yodobashi Camera store. Take pictures against the backdrop of this store which has a unique design. At night, the light has a stronger impact, and on rainy days, the road surface gets wet and the light is reflected, so you can take fantastic pictures. Continue to the Shintoshin Pedestrian Bridge, a famous photography spot that is often posted on YouTube. Admire the scenery of the office district on the west side of the station and the chaotic scenery of the downtown area on the east side. Then, head to Omoide Yokocho, a bar area with small taverns. It is a very popular photo spot where you can take atmospheric pictures in narrow alleys. Final stop is the downtown area of Kabukicho Ichibangai, home to various shops and restaurants. Take some final photos of the buzzing neon lights and busy street scenes.
