This class was fantastic! Chef Leo and Dani were great and the tour was definitely a great addition to the class. We learned a lot and every level of cook was included in the prep and cooking of our lovely lunch. Thanks to everyone who helped put this together. If you are thinking of doing this class you absolutely should.

One of our favorite activities on our trip was this cooking class with guide Dani and chef Leo!! They were so kind and accommodating while also just a lot of fun!! We walked away with a new favorite dish (salmorejo) and a new appreciation for paella! We received copies of the recipes via email soon after the class so we can make these favorites at home! Absolutely worth doing this activity!!!

A really enjoyable way to experience the Triana Market and Spanish cooking with a fun group of like-minded people. We learned far more than just the recipes - such as how to properly bone a chicken and buying authentic Spanish ingredients - and the chef was patient and knowledgable, happy to answer all of the group's questions. To top it off, the food was delicious. This activity was the highlight of our long weekend in Seville.
